Job summary

LAXMI INDIA FINANCE in Jaipur is seeking a field sales leadership role focused on achieving monthly Home Loans and Property disbursement targets while cross-selling insurance and banking products.

The candidate will recruit and mentor Relationship Managers and Sales Executives, empanel DSAs and real estate partners, and drive a strong lead pipeline with emphasis on fast sanction-to-disbursement cycles.

Responsibilities

• Revenue & Sales Targets: Achieve monthly disbursement targets for Home Loans and Loan Against Property while cross-selling insurance and peripheral banking products.
• Partner & Channel Development: Empanel, train, and manage DSAs, connectors, real estate brokers, and builders to maintain a steady lead pipeline.
• Team Leadership & Performance: Recruit, mentor, and review a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives to drive field productivity.
• Credit & Risk Management: Maintain high file quality (FTR), accelerate sanction-to-disbursement TAT, and keep early-stage portfolio delinquencies low.
• Core Success KPIs: Measured on disbursement volume, active channel productivity, file submission accuracy, and zero-to-30-day delinquency rates.
