Job summary

LAXMI INDIA FINANCE in Jodhpur seeks a results-driven professional to lead disbursal targets for Home Loans and LAP. You will coordinate with DSAs, builders, and channel partners to ensure a robust lead pipeline and high conversion rates.

You will supervise a team of Direct Sales Executives, own the end-to-end file lifecycle, and collaborate with credit, legal, and operations teams to minimize TAT and safeguard portfolio quality.

Responsibilities

• Drive the monthly and annual target volumes for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Onboard, train, and manage Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), connectors, and local real estate builders to ensure a steady lead pipeline.
• Lead, coach, and monitor a team of Direct Sales Executives to ensure high per-agent productivity.
• Manage the entire deal lifecycle from lead generation, document collection, and legal/technical verification to final disbursal.
• Work closely with internal credit risk, technical appraisal, and legal teams to resolve file queries and minimize Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Screen potential borrowers thoroughly to prevent early-stage defaults, frauds, and high Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).
