Job summary

Opus Global Services LLC in India is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive LAP sourcing through the BC channel, identify and onboard Business Correspondents and DSAs, and meet disbursement and login targets for LAP products.

You will build robust relationships with local connectors, SMEs, and self-employed clients, coordinate end-to-end loan processing with credit, legal, technical and operations teams, and ensure KYC compliance while tracking market trends to optimize sourcing

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in BFSI sales, preferably LAP, Mortgage Loans, or Secured Lending.
• Experience in BC/DSA channel management and field sales preferred.

• Identify, onboard, and manage Business Correspondents, DSAs, and channel partners for consistent business flow.
• Achieve assigned disbursement and login targets for LAP products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local connectors, SMEs, and self-employed customer segments.
• Ensure end-to-end coordination with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
• Maintain portfolio quality by focusing on early risk identification and delinquency control (EDA management).
• Ensure adherence to KYC norms, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies.
• Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to optimize sourcing strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)
• Required: 2-5 years of experience in sales within the BFSI sector (preferably in LAP, Mortgage Loans, or Secured Lending).
• Preferred: Experience in Business Correspondent / DSA channel management and field sales.
