Mahindra Finance is seeking a results-driven professional in Delhi to drive BLAP business growth via DSA, connector, and direct sourcing channels. You will lead relationships with DSAs and partners, while maintaining portfolio health and ensuring policy-compliant sourcing.

The role demands 4-5 years in secured lending, strong market knowledge, and a proven track record of hitting targets. Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate with experience in LAP/BLAP, Mortgage, or SME Lending.
• Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience in secured lending (LAP).
• Strong market knowledge and channel management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving business targets.
• Good communication, relationship management and team coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive BLAP business growth through DSA, connector, and direct sourcing channels.
• Achieve monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
• Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and key market intermediaries.
• Ensure quality sourcing as per company credit and policy guidelines.
• Maintain portfolio health and control delinquency levels.
• Monitor IRR, fee income, insurance penetration, and other business parameters.
• Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide regular MIS updates and business pipeline reports.
• Ensure compliance with audit, operational, and regulatory requirements.
