Job summary

Hinduja Housing Finance Limited is seeking a field-based role to drive LAP sourcing through Business Correspondents (BC) and DSAs in Ballari district, Karnataka. You will onboard and manage partners, meet disbursement targets and ensure smooth loan processing through coordination with credit, legal, and operations teams.

The ideal candidate has BFSI sales experience (2-5 years) with a preference for LAP or secured lending, and familiarity with BC/DSA channel management.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in sales within the BFSI sector (preferably LAP, Mortgage Loans or Secured Lending).
• Experience in Business Correspondent / DSA channel management and field sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sourcing of Loan Against Property (LAP) through the BC channel.

• Ensure adherence to KYC norms, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies.

Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to optimize sourcing strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

• Required: 2-5 years of experience in sales within the BFSI sector (preferably in LAP, Mortgage Loans, or Secured Lending).

Preferred: Experience in Business Correspondent / DSA channel management and field sales.
