Job summary

CSB Bank is seeking an experienced Branch Operations professional for the Hosakote, Karnataka branch. You will manage daily operations, cash controls, vault/ATM/liquor operations, and EOD reconciliations to ensure smooth service delivery.

You will also ensure proper account opening with CKYC, monitor service metrics, support audits, and train frontline staff on process updates and compliance requirements. Knowledge of JAIIB/CAIIB is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 9 years experience in branch operations.
• Certifications preferred: JAIIB/CAIIB.

• Servicing branch customers and maintaining branch operation in-line with audit/compliance requirements.

Job description

To manage branch operations through monitoring of operational activities, evaluation of service quality, adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, and implementation of operational controls to ensure efficient service delivery and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Run daily ops controls (cash, vault, ATM, locker, EOD and reconciliation)
• Servicing Branch Customers and maintaining branch operation in-line with Audit Compliance requirements
• Ensure accurate account opening/KYC with CKYC uploads and documentation quality
• Track service metrics (TAT, FTR, complaints) and implement RCA-based fixes
• Prepare for audits/inspections; maintain records and resolve observations on time
• Cross-sell insurance/investments and activate digital banking for all new customers
• Train frontline on process updates and compliance requirements
• Inventory management of customer Deliverables and gold loan packets.
  

Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 9 years (branch ops)

Certifications: Preferred - JAIIB/CAIIB
