Job summary

SBI General Insurance in Puducherry is seeking a Branch Operations professional to oversee end-to-end branch activities, ensuring smooth processes and timely servicing of policies. You will coordinate issuance, endorsements, renewals and servicing requests, while leading backend data entry, reporting and regulatory compliance.

You will drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction by optimizing operations and supporting agents and channel partners.

Qualifications

• 2-8 years of experience in banking or financial services industry with a focus on branch operations or insurance operations.
• Knowledge of General Insurance products and operational processes preferred.
• Strong understanding of backend operations, including data entry, reporting, and compliance procedures.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively towards achieving common goals.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for documentation purposes.
