CSB Bank Kodungallur branch is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive customer experience improvements. You will supervise cash, vault, ATM, and end-of-day controls, while ensuring accurate KYC/CKYC documentation and record-keeping.

The role requires 3–9 years in branch operations, a Graduate degree, and banking certifications such as JAIIB/CAIIB are preferred.

Branch Operations Manager| Kodungallur

To manage branch operations through monitoring of operational activities, evaluation of service quality, adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, and implementation of operational controls to ensure efficient service delivery and customer experience. Run daily ops controls (cash, vault, ATM, locker, EOD and reconciliation) Servicing Branch Customers and maintaining branch operation in-line with Audit Compliance requirements Ensure accurate account opening/KYC with CKYC uploads and documentation quality Track service metrics (TAT, FTR, complaints) and implement RCA-based fixes Prepare for audits/inspections; maintain records and resolve observations on time Cross-sell insurance/investments and activate digital banking for all new customers Train frontline on process updates and compliance requirements Inventory management of customer Deliverables and gold loan packets.

Experience: 3 to 9 years (branch ops)

Qualifications: Graduate; Banking certifications preferred

Certifications: Preferred - JAIIB/CAIIB
