• Monitor branch operational risk and implement effective control measures.
• Handle cash management, vault operations, ATM reconciliation, and cash balancing.
• Supervise customer service activities and ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and complaints.
• Coordinate and manage internal, concurrent, and regulatory audits.
• Ensure accurate and timely MIS reporting and operational documentation.
• Monitor branch productivity and implement process improvement initiatives.
