RBL Bank, in partnership with Manipal Academy of BFSI, offers a Branch Manager Leadership Program to fast-track banking professionals into leadership roles. Batch 5 begins on 27th October 2026 with limited seats.

On successful completion, you will assume Branch Manager responsibilities, with a fixed CTC up to 12 LPA post-placement and a training stipend of INR 50,000 per month during the 2-month training period. Eligibility: 28–34 years old, 6 years in banking, graduate/post-graduate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in banking (Sales, Service or Operations).
• Graduate or post-graduate from a recognized institution.
• Age 28–34 years.
