RBL Bank invites applications for the RBL Premier Banker Program, a collaboration with NIIT IFBI, to train Relationship Managers for Branch Banking and Retail Liabilities. The program includes 2 months of residential training with a stipend of 40,000 per month and starting compensation up to 9 LPA fixed CTC plus incentives.

Eligibility requires a graduate/postgraduate with at least 50%, aged 25–35, and 3+ years total banking sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management, regularly contacting and meeting clients; cross-selling products.
• Acquire new relationships through referrals and catchment mapping.
• Sourcing family accounts to strengthen and deepen relationships.
• Cross-sell engagement products such as FD, RD, SIP, Locker, debit and credit cards.
• Deepen portfolio with revenue products like assets, TPP and liabilities.
• Ensure customers meet Aspire criteria and source quality accounts.
• Achieve CASA and total deposit targets for the Relationship Manager.
• Meet fee revenue targets by cross-selling multiple product lines.

Role Overview:

Relationship Managers will be responsible for generating revenue by sourcing new-to-bank relationships and cross- selling wealth and business banking products to individuals and business owners.

Program Highlights:

Eligibility Criteria:

• 8. Fee Revenue Fee revenue targets to be met by cross selling multiple product lines to all customers.
• Mandatory certifications (AMFI and IRDA) and other internal training modules to be completed.
