Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in banking (Sales, Service, or Operations).
• Graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
• Age 28 to 34 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Future of Banking by preparing to assume Branch Manager duties on successful completion of the program.
• Drive customer experience, sales, operations, and risk/compliance through the training period and post-placement.
