Job summary

RBL Bank invites experienced banking professionals to join its Branch Manager Leadership Program (BM LP). The program is a 2-month intensive residential training that culminates in a Branch Manager role placement.

Trainees receive a monthly stipend during the program and a clear path to post-placement leadership responsibilities. The curriculum covers branch operations, financial products, sales strategies, risk management, regulatory compliance, customer service, and team leadership.

Qualifications

Branch Manager Leadership Program (BM LP) Program Overview

This is a 2-month intensive residential training program designed to develop experienced banking professionals into Branch Managers at RBL Bank. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates will be placed in a Branch Manager role.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 28 to 34 years
• Experience: Minimum 6 years in Banking (Sales / Service / Operations)
• Education: Graduate or Post Graduate from a recognized institution
• Strong customer service orientation, leadership potential, and business growth mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Training Stipend: 50,000 per month during the 2-month program
• Post Placement CTC: Up to 12 LPA (subject to eligibility and performance)
• Leadership Program Completion Certificate from RBL Bank upon successful completion
