Job summary

RBL Bank is launching the Premier Banker Program in collaboration with NIIT IFBI to create job-ready Relationship Managers for branch banking and retail liabilities. The batch begins on 30th Nov, with a 40,000 monthly stipend during training and a starting salary of up to 9 Lakhs fixed CTC plus incentives.

The two-month residential training program covers AMFI and IRDA certifications and internal training modules. Fee of 1,60,000 GST is reimbursed by RBI Bank after 1–2 years of service.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate (any stream) with minimum 50%.
• Age 25 to 35 years.
• Minimum 3 years of current sales experience in Banking with total 4+ years.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management with regular client contact and meetings.
• Acquire new relationships through references and catchment mapping.
• Cross-sell engagement products such as FD, RD, SIP, and cards.
• Deepen portfolio by cross-selling revenue products like assets and liabilities.
• Achieve CASA and total deposit targets; meet fee revenue targets.
