Responsabilidades

• Oversee overall branch operations and branch profitability.
• Drive field-marketing activities for various financial products to boost brand visibility.
• Plan and monitor branch field marketing to ensure a healthy pipeline of leads and business conversion.
• Engage with customers for new acquisitions and retention of existing customers.
• Perform accurate valuation of gold ornaments pledged in-branch and ensure compliance with policy and audits.
• Guard vault custody and safekeeping of pledged securities as per policy.
• Maintain NPAs through proactive follow-ups for interest collections.
• Lead hiring, coaching, mentoring and training, with timely performance feedback.
• Ensure quality performance, report generation, and actions to grow branch business.
• Increase Gold Loan business and other third-party products like NCDs, Gold Coins.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall branch operations, performance profitability of the branch.
• Drive participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility
• Plan, conduct monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure health pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion branch growth
• Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions retainment of old customers
• Conducting error free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of pledged securities as per company policies
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections
• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance
• Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch
• Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products i.e., NCD's, Gold Coins sale etc.
• Responsible for correct valuation maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.

Required Qualifications and Experience
