Job summary

Bajaj finance limited is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager for its Rajasthan branch. The role focuses on leading branch operations, improving profitability, and coordinating field marketing with the team to enhance brand visibility.

The candidate should have 4-7 years of relevant experience, with a preference for gold loan banking or related management/service background and strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Oversee branch operations and profitability.
• Drive field-marketing activities to boost brand visibility.
• Plan and monitor field activities to maintain a healthy lead pipeline.
• Engage customers for new acquisitions and retention of existing clients.
• Maintain vault and ensure 100% process compliance in branch.
• Help control NPAs through follow-ups on interest collections.
• Hire, coach, mentor and train staff; provide timely feedback.
• Prepare reports and take actions to grow branch business.
• Increase gold loan and other product sales (NCDs, coins).

Job Summary

This position is open with Bajaj finance limited

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall branch operations,performance profitability of the branch.
• Drive participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility
• Plan,conduct monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure health pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion branch growth
• Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions retainment of old customers
• Conducting error free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of of pledged securities as per company policies
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections
• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance
• Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch
• Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products i.e., NCD's, Gold Coins sale etc.
• Responsible for correct valuation maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education Skill Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree/Post-graduation Degree preferred.
• Previous experience in gold loan banking, gold loan products, management or client service preferred.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
