Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall branch operations and profitability.
• Drive field-marketing activities to improve branch brand visibility and lead generation.
• Plan and monitor field marketing to sustain a healthy pipeline and business conversion.
• Focus on customer engagement for new acquisitions and retention of existing customers.
• Ensure accurate valuation of pledged gold and maintain 100% process compliance.
• Safeguard pledged securities as joint custodian of the vault per policies.
• Maintain low NPAs through proactive follow-ups on interest collections.
• Coach, mentor and train staff and provide timely performance feedback.
• Prepare branch performance reports and act on growth opportunities.
• Increase gold loan business and related third-party products.

Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall branch operations, performance profitability of the branch.
• Drive participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility
• Plan, conduct monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure health pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion branch growth
• Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions retainment of old customers
• Conducting error free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of pledged securities as per company policies
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections
• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance
• Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch
• Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products i.e., NCD's, Gold Coins sale etc.
• Responsible for correct valuation maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.
