Job summary

Bajaj Finance Limited in Haridwar seeks an experienced Branch Operations Manager to drive overall branch performance, manage field marketing activities, and ensure compliance in gold loan operations.

You will lead customer acquisition, maintain NPA controls through follow-ups, train staff, and report on branch growth. 4–7 years of relevant experience and a degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Gold loan banking or client service experience preferred.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall branch operations and profitability.
• Drive field-marketing activities to improve brand visibility.
• Plan and monitor branch field marketing to ensure a healthy lead pipeline.
• Focus on customer engagement for new acquisitions and retention of existing customers.
• Conduct error-free valuation of pledged gold ornaments and ensure policy compliance.
• Joint custodian of vault; safeguard pledged securities per policy.
• Keep NPAs in check through follow-ups for interest collections.
• Plan and coordinate staff training, mentoring, and feedback.
• Prepare branch performance reports and drive business growth.
• Increase gold loan business and other third-party products (NCDs, gold coins, etc.).
• Maintain 100% process compliance in valuation and documentation.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall branch operations,performance profitability of the branch.
• Drive participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility
• Plan,conduct monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure health pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion branch growth
• Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions retainment of old customers
• Conducting error free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of of pledged securities as per company policies
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections
• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance
• Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch
• Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products i.e., NCD's, Gold Coins sale etc.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections.
• Responsible for correct valuation maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.
• Manage error free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 4-7 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelors Degree/Post-graduation Degree preferred.
• Previous experience in gold loan banking, gold loan products, management or client service preferred.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
