The candidate should have 4–7 years of relevant experience, with a background in gold loan banking or related client services, and strong written and verbal communication skills. This position is based at a branch location in India.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree/Post-graduation Degree preferred.
• Previous experience in gold loan banking, gold loan products, management or client service preferred.
• Demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall branch operations, and profitability of the branch.
• Drive field-marketing activities to improve brand visibility.
• Plan and monitor branch field-level marketing to ensure a healthy lead pipeline and business conversion.
• Focus on customer engagement for new acquisitions and retention of existing customers.
• Conduct valuation of pledged gold ornaments with accurate weight and purity per policy.
• Joint custodian of the vault with safekeeping of pledged securities as per policy.
• Maintain NPAs through strong follow-ups for interest collections.
• Plan for smooth branch functioning and foster teamwork among staff.
• Hire, coach, mentor, and provide timely feedback on performance.
• Maintain quality performance of the business and prepare branch reports for growth actions.
• Increase Gold Loan business and other third-party products like NCDs and Gold Coins.
• Ensure 100% process compliance in valuation and branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall branch operations, performance profitability of the branch.
• Drive participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility
• Plan, conduct, monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure health pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion branch growth
• Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions retainment of old customers
• Conducting error free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of pledged securities as per company policies
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections
• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance
• Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch
• Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products i.e., NCD's, Gold Coins sale etc.
• Responsible for correct valuation maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.
