Qualifications

• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall branch operations and drive profitability.
• Lead field-marketing activities to improve brand visibility for financial products.
• Plan and monitor field marketing to ensure a healthy pipeline and conversions.
• Focus on customer engagement for new acquisitions and retention of existing customers.
• Conduct accurate valuation appraisal of gold ornaments pledged in branch with weight and purity checks.
• Maintain custody of pledged securities and ensure safekeeping as per policy.
• Help keep NPAs under control through proactive follow-ups for interest collections.
• Coordinate hiring, coaching, mentoring and training of employees with timely performance feedback.
• Prepare branch performance reports and take necessary actions for growth.
• Increase Gold Loan business and drive sale of third-party products like NCDs and gold coins.
• Ensure 100% process compliance in valuation and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall branch operations,performance profitability of the branch.
• Drive participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility
• Plan,conduct monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure health pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion branch growth
• Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions retainment of old customers
• Conducting error free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of of pledged securities as per company policies
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections
• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance
• Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch
• Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products i.e., NCD's, Gold Coins sale etc.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections.
• Responsible for correct valuation maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.
• Manage error free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.
