Job summary

Skillventory in Tirupati is seeking a dynamic leader to head the BLAP branch, drive disbursement targets, recruit and coach the sales team, and expand market reach.

You will source LAP business through DSA partners, ensure credit policy compliance, and coordinate with Credit/Operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

Exposure to ticket sizes of 50 Lakhs to 4 Crores, strong relationship management, and a track record of building profitable branches are essential.

• Proven experience in team handling and DSA sourcing.
