Job summary

Mahindra Finance in Bengaluru seeks a result-driven professional to drive BLAP growth in secured lending through DSA, channel partners and direct sourcing. You will aim to meet monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets while building strong market relationships.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience in LAP/BLAP or SME lending, with solid channel management, communication, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in secured lending (LAP)
• Graduate or Postgraduate with relevant lending experience
• Strong market knowledge and channel management skills
• Proven track record of achieving business targets
• Good communication and relationship management abilities

Responsibilities

• Drive BLAP business growth through DSA, connector, and direct sourcing channels.
• Achieve monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
• Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and key market intermediaries.
• Ensure quality sourcing as per company credit and policy guidelines.
• Maintain portfolio health and control delinquency levels.
• Monitor IRR, fee income, insurance penetration, and other business parameters.
• Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide regular MIS updates and business pipeline reports.
• Ensure compliance with audit, operational, and regulatory requirements.
