Job summary

Equinox Business Solutions is seeking a sales and operations professional to manage import/export cargo activities, pricing, and airline negotiations. You will supervise billing, MIS, budgeting, and compliance while developing a strong team focused on quality results.

The role requires expertise in air freight operations, pricing strategies, and leadership to drive sales and maximize profitability in a dynamic environment. Prior experience in cargo product knowledge is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in Import/Export and Cargo product handling.

Role & responsibilities

• Identifying opportunities and designing policies to achieve them,
• Making long-term plans, Ensures organizational goals are achieved.
• Develop strong team and ensuring quality results are achieved

Supervision of billing, collections, banking, statutory compliances

• Periodical MIS, Budgeting, Returns filing
• Supervision of individual and functional performance
• Manage, control and develop the Air Freight (FAR) import & export operational activities in the area in accordance with the group business strategy and local business environment to deliver maximum profit and optimize business assets.
• Negotiate for good pricing with Airline. Sales knowledge
