Varuna Integrated Logistics in Jaipur is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to lead end-to-end branch activities, drive revenue and profitability, and ensure timely deliveries with strict compliance.

The role focuses on vehicle placement, vendor management, P&L oversight, team leadership, and building strong client relationships while maintaining cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Logistics/Supply Chain will be an advantage.
• 510 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations, preferably with branch management exposure.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle placement, vendor management, FTL operations, and transportation processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end branch operations, including transportation, fleet placement, vehicle utilization, and timely delivery.
• Drive branch revenue, profitability, and business growth while controlling operational costs.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients and transport vendors.
• Ensure timely vehicle placement, POD submission, billing, and payment follow-ups.
• Monitor branch P&L, operational KPIs, customer service levels, and cost efficiency.
• Lead and manage the branch team, ensuring productivity and achievement of business targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
• Resolve customer escalations and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
