Job summary

SBFC Finance is seeking a branch operations professional to lead credit operations at our Uttar Pradesh branch. You will ensure regulatory compliance and oversee the end-to-end loan process including disbursement and recovery to maximize customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2–7 years of LAP/mortgage experience, a proven record of building teams to meet targets, and a solid grasp of evolving regulations. Strong communication with customers and colleagues is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in LAP/Mortgage industry with a strong background in branch operations.
• Proven track record of managing teams effectively to achieve targets and goals.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ability to adapt quickly to changing regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch credit operations, ensuring regulatory compliance with internal policies.
• Oversee loan processing, disbursement, and recovery processes to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
