  • Implement branch-level strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Monitor branch performance through regular reviews and ensure compliance with all operational standards.
  • Lead the branch's LAP sales efforts, setting targets, and motivating the team to achieve them.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the branch’s market share in the LAP segment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other partners.
  • Personally manage key customer relationships and handle complex or high-value LAP transactions.
Team Management
  • Recruit, train, and manage branch staff, including sales executives, loan officers, and support staff.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to ensure staff meet their individual targets and professional development goals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and high levels of employee engagement.
  • Ensure all team members are well-versed in LAP products, compliance requirements, and customer service standards.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Ensure the branch delivers a high standard of customer service, building strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Oversee the resolution of customer issues and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients for LAP offerings.
  • Promote customer retention and satisfaction through personalized service and effective problem-solving.
Risk and Compliance Management
