• Manage overall branch operations and achieve LAP business targets.

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors, builders, and agents.
• Generate quality LAP leads and ensure timely disbursement.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor branch sales team performance.
• Ensure monthly targets in business, disbursement, collection, and profitability.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical and internal teams for smooth processing.
• Monitor portfolio quality and minimize delinquency through careful case selection.
• Ensure compliance with policy, processes and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare MIS/reports for management through regular branch reviews.

• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, and other internal teams for smooth processing and timely disbursement.
• Ensure portfolio quality and minimize delinquency through proper customer and case selection.
• Monitor competition and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular branch reviews and prepare MIS/reports for management.
