Job summary

Array Job Solutions in Jaipur, Rajasthan, is hiring for a Branch Sales Head to drive Micro LAP / LAP business through open-market sourcing. You will lead and mentor the branch sales team to achieve disbursement, portfolio growth, and revenue targets, while ensuring compliance with credit policies.

You will build local customer and DSA networks, coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Collections to streamline disbursement and maintain portfolio quality, with daily field visits and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Micro LAP / LAP / Mortgage / Secured Lending.
• Mandatory team-handling experience.
• Strong experience in open-market sourcing.
• Good understanding of LAP customer profiles, property assessment, credit process, and documentation.
• Strong local market knowledge and network.
• Good communication, negotiation, leadership, and team-management skills.
• Experience in NBFC / HFC / Bank preferred.
