Anisha Global Services in New Delhi, India seeks energetic BPO Recruiters to join our recruitment team. The role focuses on bulk hiring for domestic and international BPO processes, closing roles within defined timelines and building strong candidate pipelines.

Ideal candidates will handle end-to-end recruitment, source through multiple channels, screen for fit and coordinate interviews, offers and joining formalities while meeting daily and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in bulk hiring recruitment.
• Domestic or international BPO recruitment experience preferred.
• Ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international BPO processes.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Screen candidates for communication, eligibility and process requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer discussions and joining formalities.
• Manage bulk hiring and achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with joining candidates to minimise dropouts.
• Coordinate with clients and internal team to fulfil hiring needs on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international BPO processes.
• Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Screen candidates for communication skills, eligibility, experience and process requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer discussions and joining formalities.
• Manage bulk hiring requirements and achieve daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure joining and minimise dropouts.
• Coordinate with clients and internal team members to fulfil hiring requirements on time.

Required Skills

• Experience in BPO, call centre or bulk hiring recruitment preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening techniques.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong follow-up, coordination and negotiation skills.
