Job summary

V5 Global is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to drive corporate bulk hiring for BPO clients from their Noida client site in Sector 63. This role emphasizes hands-on sourcing, Naukri.com expertiese, and strong stakeholder management.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, coordinating with clients to meet hiring targets, manage interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding while working on V5 Global payroll.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in corporate bulk hiring for BPO clients.
• Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with Naukri.com.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client coordination.
• Good communication, negotiation and follow-up abilities.
• Basic to good Excel knowledge for recruitment trackers.

The selected candidate will be on V5 Globals payroll and work from the client’s office in Sector 63, Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end corporate recruitment and bulk hiring for BPO requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri.com and other job portals.
• Create job postings, perform resume database searches, and screen profiles.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews.
• Manage client coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Understand hiring requirements and ensure timely fulfilment of positions.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up with candidates until joining.
• Track interview schedules, offer status, and joining updates.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets and defined turnaround times.
• Minimise candidate dropouts and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate bulk hiring.
• BPO recruitment experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of Naukri.com, job postings, and resume database searches.
