Job summary

Sookshm Information Services Pvt Ltd in Noida is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for our BPO division, from junior roles to leadership positions.

You will partner with stakeholders to understand manpower needs, drive bulk hiring across telesales, customer care, and field teams, and manage sourcing strategies through portals, vendors, references, and internal databases.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong preference for candidates from the BPO industry.
• Experience in bulk hiring is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO division (Junior to Leadership roles).
