PeopleStrong in Secunderabad invites an experienced Branch Manager for Gold Loans to drive growth, supervise operations, and lead a high-performing team.

You will oversee loan processing, disbursement, renewals and closures, ensure accurate gold appraisal, monitor portfolio quality, and ensure RBI/KYC compliance while delivering exceptional customer service. Strong leadership, risk awareness and relationship management are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in Gold Loans.
• Strong leadership and customer relationship skills.
• Knowledge of RBI guidelines and KYC requirements.

Responsibilities
