Job summary

PeopleStrong in India is hiring for a Gold Loan Branch Manager in Retail - Gold Loan. You will lead branch operations, drive disbursement targets, manage customer relationships and ensure compliance with RBI and KYC policies.

The role requires 5–10 years of gold loan experience, MBA preferred, and a proven ability to train and supervise branch staff to enhance productivity and service quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Typically 5–10 years of experience in Gold Loans.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch business by achieving gold loan disbursement and revenue targets.
• Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Manage branch operations, including loan processing, disbursement, renewals and closures.
• Ensure accurate gold appraisal and valuation as per company policies.
• Monitor portfolio quality, collections, overdue accounts, and NPAs.
• Ensure RBI guidelines, internal policies, audit, and KYC requirements.
• Lead, train, and monitor branch staff to improve productivity and service quality.
• Handle customer grievances and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain branch security, vault management, and operational controls.
