Job summary

PeopleStrong invites applications for a Gold Loan Branch Manager to drive branch business, achieve disbursement targets, and ensure RBI/KYC policy compliance. You will lead, train and monitor staff, oversee loan processing, valuation, collections, and customer service excellence.

The role requires 5–10 years in gold loans, a graduate degree (MBA preferred), and strong leadership, relationship management and risk-control skills to sustain portfolio quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• Typically 5–10 years of experience in gold loans.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch business by achieving gold loan disbursement and revenue targets.
• Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Manage branch operations, including loan processing, disbursement, renewals, and closures.
• Ensure accurate gold appraisal and valuation as per company policies.
• Monitor portfolio quality, collections, overdue accounts, and NPAs.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, audit, and KYC requirements.
• Lead, train, and monitor branch staff to improve productivity and service quality.
• Handle customer grievances and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain branch security, vault management, and operational controls.
