Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, ensuring RBI and KYC compliance, and leading a team to deliver top-notch service while maintaining portfolio health and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Experience driving branch business and meeting revenue targets in gold loan settings.
• Ability to acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations including loan processing, disbursement, renewals and closures.

• Handle customer grievances and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain branch security, vault management, and operational controls.
