Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking an experienced Gold Loan Branch Manager for our Retail - Gold Loan unit in India. You will drive branch business by achieving gold loan disbursement and revenue targets, acquire new customers, and manage daily operations including loan processing, disbursement, renewals and closures.

You will ensure RBI/KYC compliance, accurate gold appraisal, monitor portfolio quality and NPAs, and lead/train branch staff to improve productivity and service quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Typically 5–10 years of experience in Gold Loans.
