Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Branch Manager for Gold Loan operations at Ananthapur, Andhra Pradesh. You will drive branch performance, oversee loan processing, valuations, and collections, while ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines and KYC requirements.

Lead a team, train staff, and deliver superior customer service, managing relationships with customers and ensuring portfolio quality and security of operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in Gold Loans or related sector.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch business by achieving gold loan disbursement and revenue targets.
• Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Manage branch operations including loan processing, disbursement, renewals, and closures.
• Ensure accurate gold appraisal and valuation per company policies.
• Monitor portfolio quality, collections, overdue accounts, and NPAs.
• Ensure RBI compliance, internal policies, audit and KYC requirements.
• Lead and train branch staff to improve productivity and service quality.
• Handle customer grievances and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain branch security, vault management, and operational controls.
