Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Branch Manager for Retail - Gold Loan in India. The role focuses on achieving gold loan disbursement targets, expanding the customer base, and managing end-to-end branch operations including processing, disbursement, renewals, and closures.

You will lead a team, ensure RBI/KYC compliance, and uphold service quality while maintaining security and controls at the branch. MBA holders may have an edge.

Qualifications

• Key responsibilities include driving branch gold loan disbursement and revenue targets.
• Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Manage branch operations, including loan processing, disbursement, renewals and closures.
• Ensure accurate gold appraisal and valuation per company policies.
• Monitor portfolio quality, collections, NPAs and RBI/KYC compliance.
• Lead, train and monitor branch staff to improve productivity and service quality.
• Handle customer grievances and ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain branch security, vault management and operational controls.
• Typically 5–10 years of experience in Gold Loans.
