Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking an experienced professional to lead the Gold Loan branch operations in the Retail division. You will drive disbursement targets, acquire customers, and manage day-to-day branch activities including processing, valuations, and risk controls.

The role requires strong sales, leadership, and customer-service skills, with 5–10 years in Gold Loans and a graduate degree (MBA preferred). You will oversee compliance and staff development in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch business by achieving gold loan disbursement and revenue targets.
• Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Manage overall branch operations, including loan processing, disbursement, renewals, and closures.
• Ensure accurate gold appraisal and valuation as per company policies.
• Monitor portfolio quality, collections, overdue accounts, and NPAs.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, audit, and KYC requirements.
• Lead, train, and monitor branch staff to improve productivity and service quality.
• Handle customer grievances and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain branch security, vault management, and operational controls.
