Job summary

PeopleStrong invites an experienced banking professional to lead our Gold Loan operations in the Retail department across India. The role focuses on driving branch business, achieving disbursement targets, and delivering excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines and internal policies.

You will manage end-to-end branch operations, including loan processing, appraisals, renewals and closures, staff training, portfolio monitoring, and grievance handling to sustain

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in Gold Loans.
• Experience in sales and business development.
• Experience in branch operations and management.
• Knowledge of RBI guidelines, KYC, and compliance.
• Strong customer service and grievance handling.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch business by achieving gold loan disbursement and revenue targets.
