Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a senior professional to drive gold loan branch performance in India. You will lead branch operations, ensure compliant processes, build customer relationships, and oversee risk management while mentoring staff to deliver high service quality.

The role requires strong sales, leadership and governance in a fast-paced financial services environment. Prior gold loan experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch business by achieving gold loan disbursement and revenue targets.
• Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Manage overall branch operations, including loan processing, disbursement, renewals, and closures.
• Ensure accurate gold appraisal and valuation as per company policies.
• Monitor portfolio quality, collections, overdue accounts, and NPAs.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, audit, and KYC requirements.
• Lead, train, and monitor branch staff to improve productivity and service quality.
• Handle customer grievances and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain branch security, vault management, and operational controls.
