Job summary

Aditya Birla Group’s Nandyala branch seeks a Manager to drive gold loan growth, acquire new customers, and manage day-to-day branch operations with accuracy and care.

You will ensure RBI/KYC compliance, monitor portfolio quality, train staff, handle customer grievances, and safeguard vaults and security while delivering excellent service. MBA preferred; 5–10 years in gold loans is desirable.

• Monitor portfolio quality, collections, overdue accounts, and NPAs.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, audit, and KYC requirements.
• Lead, train, and monitor branch staff to improve productivity and service quality.
• Handle customer grievances and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain branch security, vault management, and operational controls.
