Job summary

Aditya Birla Group’s BM-Kurnool (Bellary Road) is seeking a competent Branch Manager to drive gold loan business, oversee operations, and ensure compliance with RBI norms. You will lead the branch team, manage credit appraisal, disbursements, renewals, and collections while focusing on customer service and risk control.

You will be responsible for safeguarding assets, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring operational controls across all processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch business by achieving gold loan disbursement and revenue targets.
• Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Manage overall branch operations, including loan processing, disbursement, renewals, and closures.
• Ensure accurate gold appraisal and valuation as per company policies.
• Monitor portfolio quality, collections, overdue accounts, and NPAs.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, audit, and KYC requirements.
• Lead, train, and monitor branch staff to improve productivity and service quality.
• Handle customer grievances and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain branch security, vault management, and operational controls.
