Job summary

Aditya Birla Group is seeking a Manager to drive branch gold loan business, achieve disbursement targets, and maintain client relationships.

The role oversees branch operations, gold appraisal, portfolio monitoring, and ensuring RBI, KYC, and internal policy compliance, while leading staff to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level candidate with strong sales and leadership skills.
• Experience in gold loans or branch operations preferred.
• Knowledge of RBI guidelines, KYC, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch business by achieving gold loan disbursement and revenue targets.
• Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Manage overall branch operations, including loan processing, disbursement, renewals, and closures.
• Ensure accurate gold appraisal and valuation as per company policies.
• Monitor portfolio quality, collections, overdue accounts, and NPAs.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, audit, and KYC requirements.
• Lead, train, and monitor branch staff to improve productivity and service quality.
• Handle customer grievances and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain branch security, vault management, and operational controls.
