Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Branch Manager for Retail - Gold Loan to drive disbursement targets, acquire customers and manage branch operations in India. The role requires strong sales, leadership, and compliance with RBI and KYC norms.

You will oversee gold appraisal, portfolio quality, collections, and customer service, while mentoring staff to achieve service excellence and productivity.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred for leadership roles.

• Manage overall branch operations, including loan processing, disbursement, renewals, and closures.
• Ensure accurate gold appraisal and valuation as per company policies.
• Monitor portfolio quality, collections, overdue accounts, and NPAs.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, audit, and KYC requirements.
• Lead, train, and monitor branch staff to improve productivity and service quality.
• Handle customer grievances and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain branch security, vault management, and operational controls.
