Job summary

Aditya Birla Capital Ltd. is seeking a Branch Manager to drive business by achieving gold loan disbursement targets. The ideal candidate will manage overall branch operations, ensure compliance, and maintain strong customer relationships.

You will lead and train branch staff, monitor portfolio quality, and handle customer grievances while maintaining branch security and operational controls.

Qualifications

• Typically 5–10 years of experience in Gold Loans.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch business by achieving gold loan disbursement and revenue targets.
• Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Manage overall branch operations, including loan processing, disbursement, renewals, and closures.
• Ensure accurate gold appraisal and valuation as per company policies.
• Monitor portfolio quality, collections, overdue accounts, and NPAs.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, audit, and KYC requirements.
• Lead, train, and monitor branch staff to improve productivity and service quality.
• Handle customer grievances and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain branch security, vault management, and operational controls.
