• Ensure accurate gold appraisal and valuation as per company policies.
• Monitor portfolio quality, collections, overdue accounts, and NPAs.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal policies.
• Lead, train, and monitor branch staff to improve productivity.
• Handle customer grievances and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain branch security and operational controls.
