Job summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Blue Collar Recruitment Leader to build and manage our construction recruitment and overseas migration business. You will drive targets, develop trade-wise pipelines, and lead recruitment teams across multiple locations.

The role requires strong sourcing networks, field recruitment expertise, and the ability to coordinate overseas placements. Travel will be necessary to develop partnerships and manage bulk hiring initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in construction recruitment, blue-collar staffing, or overseas recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of construction trades and skilled manpower needs.
• Proven bulk hiring, field recruitment, and trade-wise sourcing experience.
• Established network with contractors, ITIs, training institutes, or recruitment partners.
• Overseas recruitment or migration project experience preferred.
• Strong business development, negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to develop and lead a recruitment vertical independently.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction recruitment vertical and achieve recruitment, migration, and placement targets.
• Source skilled and semi-skilled workers across trades (Masons, Electricians, Welders, etc.).
• Develop relationships with contractors, ITIs, training institutes, skill centres, and partners.
• Identify overseas employers, international markets, and new business opportunities.
• Manage bulk hiring, drives, trade tests, screening, documentation, and mobilization.
• Coordinate with overseas employers and internal teams to fulfill manpower needs.
• Build regional sourcing networks to support high-volume recruitment.
• Lead, mentor, monitor recruitment teams and track performance against targets.
• Maintain recruitment reports, candidate pipelines, and MIS.

The role involves driving recruitment targets, developing trade-wise candidate pipelines, building sourcing partnerships, managing recruitment teams, and coordinating overseas manpower deployment.

• Manage bulk hiring, recruitment drives, trade tests, candidate screening, documentation, and mobilization.
• Coordinate with overseas employers and internal teams to fulfil manpower requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in construction recruitment, blue-collar staffing, manpower consultancy, or overseas recruitment.
• Strong understanding of construction trades and skilled manpower requirements.
• Proven experience in bulk hiring, field recruitment, and trade-wise sourcing.
• Established network with contractors, ITIs, training institutes, or recruitment partners.
• Experience in overseas recruitment or migration projects will be highly preferred.
• Strong business development, negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to achieve targets and independently develop a recruitment vertical.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment reporting.
• Willingness to travel for field recruitment and partner development.
