2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Kolkata is seeking an experienced Blue Collar Recruitment Leader to build and manage our construction recruitment and overseas migration business. You will drive recruitment targets, develop trade-wise candidate pipelines, and coordinate manpower deployment.

Lead recruitment teams, mentor field staff, and maintain MIS and reports while expanding sourcing partnerships with ITIs, contractors, and recruitment partners. Travel will be required for field recruitment.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of experience in construction recruitment or overseas recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of trades and skilled manpower requirements.
• Proven ability to lead bulk hiring and field recruitment.
• Established contractor/ITI network.
• Willingness to travel for field recruitment and partner development.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Blue Collar Recruitment Leaderto build and manage our construction recruitment and overseas migration business. Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in construction recruitment, blue-collar staffing, manpower consultancy, or overseas recruitment.
• Strong understanding of construction trades and skilled manpower requirements.
• Proven experience in bulk hiring, field recruitment, and trade-wise sourcing.
• Established network with contractors, ITIs, training institutes, or recruitment partners.
• Experience in overseas recruitment or migration projects will be highly preferred.
• Strong business development, negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to achieve targets and independently develop a recruitment vertical.
