Job summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a target-oriented Blue Collar Recruiter to source and recruit skilled and semi-skilled workers for domestic and international projects, especially in construction. You will identify candidates from ITIs, contractors and local networks and coordinate interviews and mobilization.

Responsibilities include screening licences and documents, building a pipeline, and meeting targets while traveling locally to recruitment sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of blue-collar or field recruitment experience.
• Good understanding of sourcing skilled and semi-skilled manpower.
• Willingness to travel locally for recruitment activities; travel is required.

• Build a strong candidate pipeline and maintain regular follow-ups.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in blue-collar, construction, driver, or field recruitment.


• Good understanding of skilled and semi-skilled manpower sourcing.


• Strong networking, communication, and coordination skills.
